Student leadership development is more than teaching leadership skills to student leaders; it can be a transformational learning experience for all students, enabling them to search for personal excellence and benefit from team collaboration.
This workshop aims to assist participants to explore and reflect on the objectives, contents and approaches of student leadership development in their schools. It will focus on two important domains, namely the intrapersonal and interpersonal aspects of student leadership development. An experiential learning and interactive approach will be adopted and participants are expected to be involved actively in the learning process.
