This workshop provides an overview of several counselling approaches, including Psychoanalytic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Behaviour Therapy and Rational-Emotive Therapy, with special emphasis on personal growth and direct practice. Upon completion of the workshop, participants are expected to: - Understand the key concepts of each therapy and their implications for practice. - Have acquired and be able to apply counselling knowledge and skills for self-help and to help others. - Have increased their problem-solving abilities through reasoning, emotion management, behaviour modification and personal care. - Have enhanced sensitivity towards themselves and others.
